Delete your AcidLog account
Last updated: 27 September 2026
AcidLog (acidlog.djump.io) is operated by DJUMP, MB, Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania (registration code 307521980). This page explains how to delete your AcidLog account and the data associated with it.
Delete your account from inside the app
The fastest way — no email needed:
- Open AcidLog and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab, then open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your diary is permanently removed from our database straight away.
Using AcidLog without an account? Then there is no account to delete: your diary is stored only on your phone, and deleting the app deletes it.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email start@djump.io from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my AcidLog account". We verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- every meal and every symptom entry of your account, including your notes;
- your sign-in — email address, name, the link to Sign in with Apple or Google — and your profile settings. AcidLog shares its sign-in with other apps made by DJUMP, MB: if you still use one of them with the same sign-in, the sign-in stays for that app, and only your AcidLog data is deleted;
- if you signed in with Apple, your Apple sign-in token is revoked with Apple.
Your trigger list is calculated on your phone and is never stored on our servers; after deletion the app returns to an empty guest diary. Deletion is immediate for in-app requests and completed within 30 days for email requests. Routine encrypted backups roll off automatically within 30 days.
What is kept
- Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Apple or Google keep their record of the transaction as tax and accounting law requires; RevenueCat keeps the subscription status record until you ask us to delete it. None of this contains diary data.
- Usage analytics (only if you opted in): kept until you ask us to delete them — email us and we will. They never contain what you logged.
- Crash reports: deleted automatically by Sentry after at most 90 days.
We keep no meal, symptom or other health data of yours after deletion.
