1. Who we are

AcidLog (acidlog.djump.io) is operated by DJUMP, MB, Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania. Contact: start@djump.io.

2. What this covers

These terms govern your use of this website and the AcidLog mobile application. Additional in-app terms may supplement these.

3. Use of the service

You may use AcidLog for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.

4. Accounts, free and premium features

You can use AcidLog without an account; your diary then stays on your device. An account is optional and syncs your diary across devices. The 14-day trigger discovery is free. AcidLog Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play; the price for your country is shown by the store before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings before the current period ends. Payment, cancellation and refunds are governed by the respective store's terms. Deleting your AcidLog account does not cancel a subscription.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software of AcidLog are owned by DJUMP, MB or its licensors. You retain all rights to the data you enter into the app.

6. Not medical advice

AcidLog is a food and symptom diary with a statistical correlation feature. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. A food shown as a likely trigger is a statistical association in your own entries, not a diagnosis — it can be wrong, and it is never a reason to start, stop or change a medication or treatment.

Always talk to a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms, your diet and your treatment. Chest pain, difficulty or pain when swallowing, vomiting blood, black stools or unexplained weight loss need prompt medical attention; chest pain can come from the heart rather than from reflux. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Apart from that, and to the extent permitted by law, AcidLog is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It does not provide professional (legal, financial or tax) advice either.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
